Topping
- Cut pericarpium citri deliciosa into small pieces

Candy
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add turmeric powder and stir melt it all

Shaping & Decoration

- Melting compound chocolate 

- Pump chocolate onto paper or mendiant mold and spread topping mixture. Top while the chocolate is still not dry 

- Keep in the refrigerator at 5°C for about 15 minutes and remove from the mold
