- 1st Resting: 60 minutes 

- Shaping: Spread the dough evenly, cut the dough into parts 100gr 

- Final resting: 30-40 minutes 

- Decoration: Sprinkle flour evenly on the cake's surface


- Baking: 230°C, steams water 

- Time: 20-25 minutes 

-After baking, cut into 2 parts, decorate the filling, sprinkle with cheese and bake add 6 minutes with same temperature
