Spread into a 60 x 40 frame and bake.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Mix both ingredients together and spread on the baked cake, and bake it:

4% Water loss


Strawberry Filling
Presoak the gelatine for at least 15 min before use. Melt the gelatine and add to the Topfil, spread on top of the bake, and cool down cheese cake

Decoration
Place the cut cheesecake on top of a rectangle plastic acetate and pipe the whipped cream on both sides. Press the plastic on the cream to make it stick to the cheesecake.
