Working Method

Sponge Cake

Mix all ingredients (except oil) with a whisk at high speed.
Turn to medium speed then add oil and mix for 1 minute.
Transfer into a 6 inch cake ring.

Baking:

  • 35min to 38min 
  • Oven Type: Deck 
  • Top Temperature: 180°C 
  • Bottom Temperature: 170°C

Cream Cheese Frosting

Whip Ambiante at medium speed then add in Deli Cheesecake.
Mix until smooth

To assemble: cut the cake into three layers, cover each layer with Cream Cheese Frosting, fresh mangoes, and Topfil Smooth Mango

Cover the entire cake with cream cheese frosting

Pipe whipped cream symmetrically, decorate with fresh mangoes and finish with mint leaves
