After many months of accompanying customers across the country, “Garden of Flavors” bakery seminar series of Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam concluded its journey with pride and heartfelt emotions.
From its very first stops in Ninh Binh and Hung Yen, to the vibrant gatherings in Nha Trang, Can Tho, Da Lat, and finally concluding in the coastal city of Ha Long, the “Garden of Flavors” bakery seminar series by Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam has been a heartfelt journey of connection – where the passion for bakery was celebrated and shared across the country.
Each event was not only a professional seminar but also a colorful space of experiences, where bakers could spark emotions, nurture ideas, and create unforgettable moments together.
The highlight of the journey was the four themed gardens, designed as a miniature world for bakery lovers:
- Garden of Love – Introducing recipes that carry sweet messages, perfect for expressing what words cannot say on special occasions.
- Garden of Christmas – Bringing a warm festive spirit with brand-new recipes, specially crafted for the upcoming holiday season.
- Garden of Friendship – Featuring recipes tailored for students and young people who seek convenience and lightness but still full of youthfulness and appeal.
- Garden of Happiness – Showcasing recipes that support well-being, enriched with fruits, nuts, grains, and reduced-sugar solutions.
At the seminar, guests enjoyed 12 delicious bakery recipes created by the talented artisans of Puratos Grand-Place. Each recipe combined high-quality ingredients with expert techniques, bringing fresh inspiration to every baker.
Alongside the culinary journey, guests were updated with the latest market trends and new product innovations across Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate.
A highlight of the seminar was the insightful sharing on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital content creation. Delivered by an experienced speaker, it opened up a fresh perspective, helping customers keep pace with technology, boost business efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness in the digital era.
