The first graduation ceremony of Bakery School Vietnam

19 students aged 18 to 26, from Bakery School Vietnam have proudly received their Certificates in Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate after completing a two-year training program. The students gained not only technical knowledge but also hands-on experience at leading bakeries, restaurants, and hotels - all trusted partners of Puratos Grand-Place.

The graduation ceremony, held on July 14, 2025, was honored by the presence of our Bakery School Manager who came all the way from Puratos Belgium, Ms. Jole Segers! In a moving speech, she expressed: "Working in the bakery industry is not just about flour and ovens; it is about creating moments of happiness. You step forward into the world - not just as bakers, but as artisans, innovators, and dreamers."

The graduation of Class K23 marks a proud and meaningful milestone in our ongoing commitment to sustainable development and to nurturing talents in the bakery industry.

One of the most touching moments of the event was seeing parents tear up as their children held their certificates - a symbol of resilience, growth, and hope. This achievement would not have been attained without the dedicated teachers who shared their expertise and passion to guide and inspire these students.
