Do you believe that every bread, every pastry can be a culinary masterpiece? Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam (PGPV) certainly does. Our innovative campaign, "The Artist in Me," featuring skilled artisans in bakery, pastry, and chocolate, aims to prove that their brand offers unique materials essential for creating culinary art.
Launched in 2022 at our Ben Tre and Binh Duong factories, PGPV's mural project visually chronicles our 30-year journey of introducing cocoa to Vietnam. These murals capture key milestones, offering employees and visitors a vibrant view of the company's significant and meaningful history.
Building on this initiative, PGPV organized a mosaic activity for our employees, encouraging artistic expression beyond traditional baking. As a leading global food corporation, PGPV fosters creativity in their workforce, enabling them to showcase their aesthetic sense through colorful mosaics.
A highlight of this campaign is the video series featuring 12 techinicians. These videos artfully narrate the "life stories" behind each culinary creation with authentic and musical footage. PGPV’s technical team demonstrates how they craft not only delicious but also visually appealing pasterpieces, supporting industrial and semi-industrial clients, from bakery chains to hotel restaurants, in doing the same.
Each creation tells an inspiring story, reflecting the dedication and tireless efforts of PGPV artisans. This is where the magical journey of flavor begins, transforming premium ingredients into aesthetically pleasing dishes crafted by seasoned experts.
"The Artist in Me" campaign has resonated beyond the food industry, reaching real artists and inspiring bakers to view their work as art. It has elevated the status of these often unseen masters in the worlds of bread, pastries, and chocolate. The campaign’s success is evident with its impressive metrics: 2,461,642 impressions, 1,994,648 reaches, 8,208 interactions, and 2,749,980 plays.
