Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam’s “Summer Taste” conference series for Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate industry bring delightful surprises to all customers.
The “Summer Taste” event series organized by Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam has heated up the vibrant cities of Da Nang and Nha Trang. This event offers a unique opportunity to share the latest trends in the Bakery, Patisserie, and Chocolate industries with our loyal customers from the Central to Southern regions. This allows customers to periodically refresh their menus seasonally, sparking a sales boost.
In June 2024, “Summer Taste” was successfully held in Da Nang and Nha Trang, drawing the attention and participation of many customers. The event attracted 340 attendees from neighboring provinces and cities.
The highlight of the conference was the display of unique and visually stunning Breads, Pastries, and Chocolates. Customers were impressed by the intricately sculpted loaves of bread and the unique pastry counter featuring mochi bread shaped like real fruit. Sweet chocolate bars combined with cereals and dried fruit jam also garnered special attention.
To provide the most realistic and comprehensive experience, live demonstrations of visual techniques were performed by technical experts: Chef Vo Quoc Trung and Chef Nguyen Binh Dan from PGPV. Guests were particularly enthusiastic about the Brioche making demonstration and enjoyed engaging with our experts.
The event also served as an opportunity for Puratos Grand-Place to showcase outstanding products which were launched earlier this year. Attendees had the chance to experience 9 trendsetting summer recipes crafted from PGPV’s premium ingredients. Additionally, there were mini-games with a variety of attractive gifts for the luckiest customers.
Customers provided very positive feedback on these new recipes and had engaging discussions with Puratos Grand-Place Vietnam's technical experts about their baking experiences, sourcing ingredients, and combining typical ingredients for each season's menu.
