To bring the story of preserving the taste of 60DAYS chocolate to life, Puratos Grand-Place invited a group of international partners and industry experts to join an exclusive field experience in Vietnam - a country rich in cocoa potential.
Our guests gained first-hand insight into the entire 60DAYS journey: from cocoa farms and harvesting practices to fermentation processes and the production line at our Ben Tre factory.
From an expert perspective, each stage revealed itself not merely as a technical step, but as a critical link shaping flavor structure, consistency, and the final quality of the chocolate. After 60 days, the finished chocolate stands as the result of a carefully controlled process from raw material to final production.
The experience concluded at Bakery School Vietnam, where partners met talented students from underprivileged backgrounds and learned more about our long-term commitment to sustainable development for people and the future of the bakery industry.
These on-site observations not only deepened the understanding of 60DAYS, but also reinforced the foundation for long-term, sustainable partnerships built on transparency and shared values.
