Candy

- Cut dried fruits into small pieces 

- Melt 300 grams of chocolate in the microwave and stir until smooth at a temperature of 40-50°C 

- Put mango, strawberry, grape, orange peel in chocolate and mix well 

- Using a spoon to shape, scoop the chocolate into a small paper cup or a candy mold and pin a wooden stick in the center 

- Store in the refrigerator at 5°C for 30 minutes and remove the candy from the mold 

- Melt the remaining 100g of chocolate and run it just over the top of the candy, Decorate with marshmallow
