With a rich history spanning hundreds of years in the bread industry, PGPI has merged the art of baking with science technology of gut health to craft new, nutritionally rich bread products. The Bread Festival presents an opportunity for PGPI to introduce our Puravita and Softgrain Sprouted Rye, which are high in nutritional content, have a delectable taste, and offer rich fiber and digestive support.
Furthermore, PGPI offers a range of enzyme solutions for bread as an alternative to additive products, which are completely free of Bromate and ADA. This ensures that your breads are both delectable and nutritious.
PGPI's booths, A2, A3, and A4, spanning 27m2 in total, will offer visitors a multitude of interesting sights and experiences, with premium ingredients being utilized to make delicious breads. Additionally, a number of programs and exciting gifts for customers will be featured.
