Chocolanté, GOC Milk 38%* 30
Star Anis 2

Working method

- Heat up Ambiante, fresh milk, sugar and star anis to about 85°C

- Pour into 2 types of chocolate, stir to well dissolved

- Use hand mixer to mix until smooth and shiny

- Pour into glass and serve hot at 70°C
