Chocolate Drink with Ice Cream Floating


Ambiante* 40 ml
Fresh milk 360 ml
Matcha powder 10 gr
Chocolanté, GOC White 40%* 100 gr
Ice cubes 400 gr
Matcha Ice Cream 1 cube

Working Method
  • Heat up Ambiante and fresh milk to about 85°C
  • Pour into white chocolate and matcha powder, mix well using a hand mixer

  • Add the above mixture into a big shaker with 400g ice cubes, shake well
  • Pour into glass and serve cold. Make 2 glasses of 450ml
  • Put Matcha ice-cream on the top
  • It is possible to decorate with matcha powder
