  • Storage: Keep in a dry, clean and cool place, free from foreign odors. Avoid moisture, temperature changes and sunlight exposure. Humidity < 60%; Temp.: 18 - 22°C (64 - 72°F).

DARK 54% 

A semi-sweet dark chocolate with 54% cocoa min. It has a good balance of sweetness, lightly bitter taste and nutty flavour. Cocoa content: 54%

Application: Ganache for coating and filling, molding, praline, nut bar, based cake, drink….

GOLD CLASSIC DARK 69%

A new product of Chocolanté, GOC range. It is made of the finest Asian Trinitario beans under Cacao-Trace standard. It has a pronounced and intense chocolate taste with fruity note in GOC range. Cocoa content: 69%. Fat content: 42%
